Submission Guidelines
International Journal of Clinical Pharmacy and Medicine welcomes original research articles, reviews, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, brief reports, case reports, commentaries, and letters to the editor in the field of clinical pharmacy and medicine.
Manuscript Preparation
- Manuscripts should be written in clear, concise English.
- Use double-spacing throughout the manuscript.
- Include a structured abstract (Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion) of up to 300 words.
- Provide 3-6 keywords below the abstract.
- Follow AMA (American Medical Association) citation style.
- Submit manuscripts in PDF or DOCX format.
Formatting Requirements
- Title page: Include full title, all author names, affiliations, and corresponding author contact details.
- Abstract: Structured abstract with a maximum of 300 words.
- Main text: Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion.
- References: Numbered consecutively in order of appearance, using AMA style.
- Tables and Figures: Include at the end of the manuscript with clear captions.

- Prepare a cover letter addressed to the Editor-in-Chief.
- Go to our Submit Manuscript page.
- Fill in the submission form with your details and upload your files.
- You will receive a confirmation email with your submission ID.
Peer Review Process: All submitted manuscripts undergo rigorous double-blind peer review. The editorial decision is typically communicated within 4-6 weeks of submission.
Fees and Funding
Article Processing Charges (APC) may apply for accepted manuscripts. Details about fees and available waivers will be communicated upon acceptance.
Ethical Requirements
- All studies involving human participants must have ethics committee/IRB approval.
- Authors must declare any conflicts of interest.
- Submissions must be original work and not under consideration elsewhere.
- Plagiarism checks are conducted on all manuscripts.
