Submission Guidelines

International Journal of Clinical Pharmacy and Medicine welcomes original research articles, reviews, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, brief reports, case reports, commentaries, and letters to the editor in the field of clinical pharmacy and medicine.

Manuscript Preparation

  • Manuscripts should be written in clear, concise English.
  • Use double-spacing throughout the manuscript.
  • Include a structured abstract (Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion) of up to 300 words.
  • Provide 3-6 keywords below the abstract.
  • Follow AMA (American Medical Association) citation style.
  • Submit manuscripts in PDF or DOCX format.

Formatting Requirements

  • Title page: Include full title, all author names, affiliations, and corresponding author contact details.
  • Abstract: Structured abstract with a maximum of 300 words.
  • Main text: Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion.
  • References: Numbered consecutively in order of appearance, using AMA style.
  • Tables and Figures: Include at the end of the manuscript with clear captions.

How to Submit

  1. Prepare your manuscript following the guidelines above.
  2. Prepare a cover letter addressed to the Editor-in-Chief.
  3. Go to our Submit Manuscript page.
  4. Fill in the submission form with your details and upload your files.
  5. You will receive a confirmation email with your submission ID.

Peer Review Process: All submitted manuscripts undergo rigorous double-blind peer review. The editorial decision is typically communicated within 4-6 weeks of submission.

Fees and Funding

Article Processing Charges (APC) may apply for accepted manuscripts. Details about fees and available waivers will be communicated upon acceptance.

Ethical Requirements

  • All studies involving human participants must have ethics committee/IRB approval.
  • Authors must declare any conflicts of interest.
  • Submissions must be original work and not under consideration elsewhere.
  • Plagiarism checks are conducted on all manuscripts.
